Painful knots in arms

HI I'm new here. 1st I wanna say I have no diagnosis as of yet. However I have had widespread pain throughout my body for YEARS. I've suspected fibro for quite some time but too nervous to see if that's the case. One of the most bothersome symptoms I have are painful round knots in my upper arms. Both sides have about 3 to 4 knots each. The pain is so bad I can't sleep at night. If I lay on one side, it hurts and I have to turn over to the other side until it hurts too. If I lay on my back, my hands go numb. I often notice numbness in my fingers or toes throughout the day. Usually the ring and middle fingers on each hand. Same two middle toes on each foot. I can massage away the knots if I press really hard. Leaving bruises on the areas I massaged. But they ALWAYS come back. My neck is so stiff that I have been unable to turn my head fully. Especially on the left side. Aches in my shoulders. Plus I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees. Although the pain is always just above the knee. Hurts to sit, bend or even walk at times. Odd thing is its most painful during hotter days. What I want to know is, do these symtoms sound familiar to those of you diagnosed with fibro? Is there anything you do to relieve the pain and discomfort? I cannot take NSAIDS due to my gastric surgery in 2015. I'm out of ideas. I've tried pain killers, essential oils, muscle rubs, PT, gabapentin, massages. I'm not gaining any substantial relief or end of these symptoms. It is becoming quite the burden. Especially when I work. And being a single Mom solely responsible for my daughter, I have no choice but to work. Anyways, that's my story. I appreciate you all taking the time to read this.
