I have that nasty pulling pain down the front of my legs.like siactica but in the front.and it won't ease.

That's not good forgetmenot, hope it doesn't last too long.

I no it's not cramps, but I dont no if it's from my back,or from my fibromyalgia.

I have problems with my piriformis muscle which can cause sciatic pain. On a daily basis, however, it gives me a toothache like pain in my lower back, quads, and deep in my glutes. It makes it impossible for me to sleep. Might be something to look in to. This muscle gives a lot of people problems even if they don't have fibromyalgia.

My legs hurt every day with fibro..its hard to walk around the house...i guess it depends what each of us have as our normal....i have had pain in my legs knees and feet everyday for 10 years.

It's the bottom of my legs tonight.like hot knifes .hurt so much I can't even think.my calfs are on fire.fibro sucks.

I sympathise Forgetmenot the pain is awful ......does the gabby and tramadol reduce it a little? I hope it goes down soon.

I've just been prescribed gabby to try and did a post but haven't as yet got any replies.

Forgetmenot,

I get leg pain too. Mostly sciatica pain but it can happen in both legs, and sometimes radiates to my front too.

It's painful and annoying, it can keep you up all night.

Have you ever tried tiger balm, it's just an over the counter balm. But when I rub it on it takes a lot of the pain away.

I use it on my neck, back legs everywhere lol.
I go to bed with two braces on my legs for Plantar Fasciitis and covered in balm that smells.

My husband laugh. Its like going to bed with the bionic woman.

I also have degenerative disc disease and am unsure if the root cause of my leg pain is related to nerves being affected in my spine or if it is the fibromyalgia. Last night my legs got literally stuck while sleeping and I had to wake my husband to move them. I started on Monday a job program for those with special needs and although I only work 2.5 hours a shift and also have a cofffe break I could barely sleep that night after work as my pain level was horrendoes. And, again last night it woke me repeatedly. I do not know how to go about getting help. I am unsure if it is because I am in Sweden and we have a different health care system than the USA and England that I am not getting up to date information or if should seek a pain specialist once more on my own. I went through a pain manangement program about three years ago and was put on gabepentin, lyrica and I can not recall what else, Those drugs affected me in a way that I could never have functioned in my little job in a non/profit store. As it is I had to take 40mgs of long term release moprhine plus ibuprofen in the morning before I started, then at the job a 10 mg fst acting as nerve pain was erractic and quickly set off by very simple tasks. I feel so lame and useless.
