When I have been in a very warm bath for 15-30 minutes, my fatigue almost disappears. Biologically I can imagine the only difference is raised body temperature. What is it that is causing our body temperature to drop to such a level as to directly induce fatigue.

Or is there some other reason unrelated to body temperature? Although I can't see what other effect having a hot bath would have.

I was diagnosed in '99 with Fibro. I have noticed my regular temp is 97. I have had issues with severe Restless Leg and Know my feet and legs get like ice. They are almost unbearable when this happens. The only relief I get is to get in a hot bath for 1p to 15 min. I use reship med but sometimes that only helps when I get in the tub. I do feel it has some issue with circulation in the extremities.
