Default 90 going on 100

yep today I felt crap. I changed pain killers because I have to .but omg they just don't work as good or as long, I was in the play centre with little one , and I could see ppl watching try to get from here to there.
I just don't no how I got through the day.i swear if my hair started hurting I'd not be surprised lol.im sure someone beat the crap outta me when I wasn't looking.
I really don't want to go back on the stronger pills as I feel so ill if I try to cut down on them.
Well hot bath I think and hot water bottle .
