Default Painful skin

Anyone out there have any good it's for painful skin. It's like I have sunburn.
It's the one thing I dread over anything else .is that it might go all over one day. Atm it's just my lower back.but I can't bear it to be touched .but if there's anything that would help I'll gladly give it a go .

Have you tried sunburn spray, it has some pain relief in it, or perhaps something like STOPAIN spray. There is also a cream for FM. But perhaps the spray would be better as you don't have to touch your skin applying it.

When I get burning skin, it helps to cool it down. Ice packs or a fan blowing on the skin is soothing. I avoid anything that could be irritating - I just use aloe gell if needed, no fragrances, nothing fancy.

My skin gets that way when I am stressed out, so relaxation techniques also help.

Hope you feel better soon!
