Giving a massage often makes me feel better. I think it's a form of stretching for me which at the end of the massage results in feeling better, Maybe it also has to do with the person I'm massaging feeling better and I get a sympathetic response?

Long HOT Epsom salt soaks also help me relax. I also found an Epsom salt massage creme which I really like but can't seem to find it anymore. Maybe I need to do an internet search now to see if I can get it from Amazon.

Hi Akshunhiro,

Maybe ask to your massage therapist to start your massage gently before to go a bit harder.

If your massage therapist starts to hard right at the beginning it is more likely that you will feel like bruise the next day.

Best regards,
