sudden debilitating back pain/ Fibromyalgia? or bone?

This has happened to me twice now. I GO TO LIFTING SOMETHING AND I GET A PAIN IN MY LOWER BACK TO WHERE I CANT MOVE/ Thank God.....I was able to recover, what scares me, is getting stuck in one position. I have added worry today, kinda personal, but really stressful.

Believe it or not stress goes right to your back.yes I no that sounds corny.

i got back hip shoulder knees and a few others hundreds cts cats mris exrays nothing!

so RA and docs says serious ongoing degeneration i have lost 60 percent of my shoulder it now

has spells where it literally throws me to the floor screaming so loud i have had cops at my house twice

thought someone being beat lmao im a quit no noise for pain and all they can say is degeneration

which i say is duh we dont know lmao

so hey i know where your at i just hope they find answers and please take it easy!

i didnt listen to my body when i was younger now im here and a sever rear end accident

i can never sleep in a bed again
