    1. Autoimmune Paleo Diet 2. Chiropractor / muscle work 3. Alleve 4. CBD oil when necessary I HIGHLY recommend the diet. My pain level went from an 8/9 down to a 5 within 3 days. I do have to take Alleve every day, but it is manageable most days now.
