Welcome to the forum. I am sure you will find lots of good information by just reading a lot of the posts. All our members pitch in and try and answer questions posted by others, trying to tell what works and what did not work for them. It then gives you plenty of ideas on which to try and see what might help you.
I hope you will post some questions and also add some answers to help others. There are other sections in the forum that add to the fun and to take you mind off your troubles for a bit, like hobbies and jobs you might do and tell us about your day in good day to you all section.
