I am sure you will find a lot of posts that will provide you with a lot of good information that can help your friends with fibro. You might even suggest to them to join as we try to help and support all who need to learn more about this illness and ways to manage the symptoms. By reading the new and older posts lots of ideas and hints concerning medications and stress, relaxation and pain are talked about in great detail. Hope you enjoy the forum.
