hello everyone glad to finally find help and support!

I have had fibro for 16yrs. Im just so sick of hurting. nothing helps. new meds will seem to be great the first couple of days. then, yep of coarse, back to the same ole crippling pain. what's really sad I've had the same doctor all this time and still same ole life ending symptoms. ready to give up on it.

Hello and welcome to the forum. I hope you will read the posts under pain management and also alternatives, as members have been posting a lot of helpful hints and coping skills, that might help you with your pain problems using handy household items and other methods. Be sure to read the new and the older posts.

I hope you will post more questions, or join in answering other members questions. I am sure since you have had fibro you invented a few coping skills of your own that you could share with others.
