Hi Everyone. My name is Cathy and I have been diagnosed with Fibro and Myofascial pain syndrome. For the past three years I have had lack of energy, feeling exhausted all the time, pain all over and just feeling awful. Had been told I had severe osteoarthritis in my neck and was waiting to get into a pain clinic. Saw the dr., for the first time last week, and he told me I had Fibro and MPS and I have trigger points. It is a relief to finally know what is wrong and that I am not imagining it. Now how to learn how to deal with it. I am sure I will find lots of info. here to help me.
