I have suffered from Major Depressive Disorder for the past 20 years..I am now 59 and have..within the past year.. noticed severe pain in my upper arms and shoulders and neck..the pain depends on how I position myself,,I came upon this site and think that I possibly have Fibromyalgia which would explain the physical pain ...,,this disease appears to be one that could easily be "brushed off" as "it's all in your head kind of thing" such as severe depression often is.....I'd appreciate any support from anyone who has symptoms similar to mine...Jill
