Hello again, thank you for your response. I'm happy to have found a place where I can read a lot about others experiences and get advice on any of mine. I'd imagine any fibro sufferer always feels even that little bit better after conversing with another sufferer. I like this site, there is so much to read and so many similar things. It's also good to have people on hand that you can ask advice on that have been going through the same thing, rather than a doctor. Don't get me wrong, my specialist is absolutely excellent and he always manages to help me, however my GP as nice as he is, I often feel like I'm being a bother continuously going back to him about the same thing. I'm curious to hear what other people are doing with meds in particular. May I ask what your doctor has you on? I never know whether I'm taking too much stuff for my age, or whether I'm not taking enough. It can be so confusing. I see a pain psychologist regularly who is very helpful, but again, the best advice tends to come from those who are going through the same thing.
I noticed you're in the US. I'm in Australia. How old are you and what do you do may I ask?
