My misery

Hi all 56 yr old woman who has been suffering for approx. 2 years now. I am in the midst of tapering off a benzo and that all in itself causes horrible pain and sx. so there are days that I can not distinguish between w/d and fibro.

my pain is mostly in shoulder blades and up. Just recently been getting the lower back too

just looking for help. I do not take anything for the pain since I am already on Zoloft and tapering off Valium.

soaking in Epsom salts and heating pad is what gets me any relief if any

Hi there. anther thing you might try is a warmed blanket straight from the dryer. I look forward to getting to know you better from reading your posts. I know how disabling fibro can be and hope this forum can provide the answers you need to help you feel better and not hurt so much. Join in and post asking questions and answering others. I think we are all kind of lonely here in one form or fashion and thus many of us are open to making new friends, new cyber buddies. Hope you can be of help to you.
