Bloating

Maybe my first useful blog.
I'm not a doctor nor am I qualified in anyway to give medical advise. Please be your own best advocate and do some research. I'll try to explain my 'why' somethings may help. but you know what they say: always consult with your doctor first.

I almost forgot the biggest culprit for me: yeast. I will post more on what I started out with later, I had to back off because my body was so polluted I couldn't handle the 'hex'. PLEASE research candidiasis. Particularly in the gut. I do have a quick easy trick to c if this is a problem I will share.
Bloating, abdominal pain, nausea, bowel problems, leaky gut, exc.
The Gallbladder. Maybe, maybe not? In January My gastro insured me I don't have leaky gut. Hmmm in the past three weeks, I've brought these symptoms down to a minimal (this is not the #1 cause, just the best step b4 you attack anything else).
1) good fiber every night (not new to my routine)
2) large daily dose of malic acid (on going)
3) juice of 2 lemons, 1tsp of apple cider vinegar 6oz
Water. (A little organic maple syrup or honey to help get it down). On an empty stomach.

I tried this for three days to c if it helped. It did. I started with an almost black bm, then colors if the rainbow. I went on to a full blow gallbladder cleanse. (I would not try this step with anyone but myself, I I am both familiar with them and had taken some other steps prior that unknowingly prepared my body for this).

Please investigate symptoms of a sluggish gallbladder. It is my understanding The bile created in the gallbladder is needed in the small intestine for proper food processing. Even those that have had their gallbladder removed have had gallstones) this bile helps detox the colon, kidneys and liver. Without it all hell breaks loose! Again, this is my understanding from my research. Don't take it as fact, research (alternative treatments tend to explain things in laymen terms better for me)
My gallbladder is unfortunately not the only culprit of my stomach problems. (I'll get more into that ugly later). Finding the reason my gallbladder is struggling is my goal.
I avoid greasy/fried food and milk, as they have caused almost instant bloating and pain over the past six months.
Three weeks ago I looked pregnant, by bed time my stomach felt like if you stuck a pin in it it would pop. My muscles from my ribs to my pelvic felt like they were tearing.

I've got soooo much I added/tried over the past few weeks it's going to take me forever to get my thoughts organized. But this seems to be a really common problem right now, so I thought I would start hear.

I'm going to through this in, when I skipped a few days of coconut oil my stomach bloating and abdomen pains started back.

I hope this helps at least one person.
