Hi, my name is Judy, and I'm a Fat-a-holic...OMG, do I feel like the Good Year Blimp after eating my way through the holidays. Normally, this would not get to me because I would adjust my eating habits and start exercising to reverse the weight gain. :xWell, hell, I can't sweep the front walk off without feeling like I ran a marathon. I don't know what I was thinking to pack this weight on as I am not the same person with the energy levels and physical aptitude of the 'old' me.

I am going to start gentle stretching and light walking and see how that goes along with watching what I put into my mouth (LOL!).

It has been a struggle to push through every day and not just stay in bed as the fatigue has been a bear. You know how it feels when you try to run through waist high water...you're tired and don't get very far...that's how fibro feels to me lately. I'm frustrated with not being able to find a good doctor to work with to optimize my program for dealing with the symptoms.

Is everyone recovering from Christmas? Hope you are all getting some much needed rest this weekend and as always, wishing you good sleep, low pain levels and a some energizer bunny levels of energy.

Hugs!
