Dear Dr. Youngblood, I do not know if I am writing the correct doctor, but did you used to have a practice in Fort Lauderdale.  I saw you once or twice in 1999, at which time I think you diagnosed me with ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis.  You may remember that when I returned to you for follow up from my bloodwork we talked at length about my then 4 year old son who had been hospitalized for Kawasaki Disease.  I mentioned you to Dr. Wayne Riskin, who I took my son to recently for a rheumatology workup with Creatine Kinase of 554 and m-spike, a 20 year old former Kawasaki patient.  Dr. Riskin said that you are around. 

 

I write because I am looking for a rheumatologist, preferably a femaile, for myself.  Do you practice medicine nearby?
