Cool pads would help for sure, try it. And start getting ample sleep.

I use Vimovo and it's similar to Naproxen or Anaprox with a stomach coating agent in this tablet. But I do get Botox injections for migraines due to the fibromyalgia and it's amazing but not pleasant.

I don't know if it depends if they are headaches or migraines or not but there are plenty of medications out there for migraines. I don't know if you want to stay over the counter or not either but if they are bad enough I would recommend going to the doctor and getting some kind of treatment for them. Migraines run in my family and I have fibromyalgia. I use to get migraines constantly and was put on Imitrex. They come in pill form, nasal spray and even an injection. I tried all three just to see what I like best. And this was in 2002 so I'm sure they have a lot of other things by now. Imitrex worked great for my migraines. But when they put me on a beta-blocker, first propananol and now metoprolol. They both work well. My Dad takes Inderal. I'm not completely sure of the spellings. But those pretty much took care of all my migraines so I didn't have to continue with the Imitrex. However, I would still get headaches once in a while. But most likely due to my blood pressure increasing and not having my bp meds to fix it. Because you can get headaches and migraines if you have untreated high blood pressure. Here lately I have been getting my headaches back. My beta blocker took care of these for me too until recently. I might need to get it increased but you want to be careful if your heart rate is too slow. I have tachycardia so it's perfect for me. When I hear other people talking about headache and migraine medications I hear a lot of other medications so I know there are things out there in addition to what I mentioned. Good luck and sorry you have to deal with with headaches. There no fun!
