Hi Friends,

I get period pain every time I exercise. Whether I have my period or not; no blood.

It started in early September 2019, I went for a short jog as I usually do and it wasn't until after I stopped, that I felt sick. I was violently sick and collasped in the bathroom. I googled the symptoms and thought it was over-heating. But as much as I tried to monitor hydration and warm-ups, I was still unwell.

Over the last few months, my fatigue became much worse, leading me to seek out doctors and be diagnosed with CFS. I'm no longer studying or working because my fatigue is so bad, but I still try to keep somewhat active (10 min jogs twice a week) but everytime, I have severe period-like pain and collapse after my run. And I'm sure it's getting worse.

I moved back to my parents in Newcastle and got a new exercise physiologist, but I don't think she's ever met someone with CFS who's younger than 70. She told me to exercise daily: jog for 10mins or bike ride 15mins. I got back from my bike ride this morning and writhed under a cold shower for about 30 mins.

Nothing seems to help except not exercising... help?? Does anyone else have these symptoms?
