interesting, and useful information. Thank you.

I am going to say that a good portion of my current headaches stem from neck issues, tho... I have found that by doing some gentle stretching and bit of self massage, i can lessen the intensity of the headache. It never goes away completely, but varies in intensity from day to day.
My neck is an absolute mess... report from xrays done last year... and things have gotten worse since then...

What looks "mild" or "minimal" to them can be rather painful to the person experiencing it, which i am sure most of us here understand.

when i turn my head - in any direction - my neck sounds like a bowl of rice krispies... snap, crackle and pop! range of motion is also reduced.

what was the diagnosis? it is osteoporosis related or is it PIVD(Prolapsed Intervertebral Disk) ? I'm sorry to hear about your headaches and the related pain you must be suffering. Wish you best.

mostly osteoarthritis... or as written in the report: cervical spondylosis, most pronounced at C6-C7
so basically wear/tear damage, which seems to be a widespread problem for me. 😣

I have an appointment already scheduled with my physical med doc on the 15th, as a followup to the most recent RFA procedure - but thinking we really need to discuss the neck problems in earnest, too. up until recently, the neck has been kind of secondary to the lumbar & SI joint problems.
