It sounds like fibro to me. I would ask your neurologist to order blood work to rule out ME or MS since he sounds like he listens better, I would then take the results to a rheumatologist. My PCP diagnosed my fibro. If possible you should also see a neurologist.

I would try to get into a spinal doctor a neuro spinal doctor would be best. To me, it sounds more like the nerves that travel up and down your spine because they can cause symptoms elsewhere. I had neck and lower back surgery to correct some of the same symptoms you are having. Hope that helps.
