Pridgens theory Is that people with fibromyalgia have a faulty immune system that can't supress the herpes virus.
That would explaine the flaring of fibro. When we're stressed our immune system gets weakened, and our fibro blows up!

I find that adhering to a strict ketogenic diet does indeed lessen my joint and muscle pain.
Not sure about there science behind this, but I do suspect that it's gut related...

Getting my thyroid medicated right, and adding LDN have made a difference in my pain and energy levels, but im still not able to do to much before the stiffness and back...

My rheumy did run alot of blood test and they all camera back negative. I've also had several MRI's, Nothing showed up.
