  • I found that by keeping it up, eventually the flares receded. It took about 2.5 months of 3 times/week at the gym. Slowly but surely.
    I've been walking Mondays and Thursdays on a treadmill at a gym because it's climate controlled. No going out in the heat or cold which effects FM. I try to do a stretch routine I developed everyday but often can't. I also try to do something hard like cut a little firewood with an ax to keep up all body strength. Seems like doing too much, and this is a modest amount, always results in an FM flare up. Recovery is usually two days of sleeping on the couch. Has anyone found a way to speed up recovery or diminish the flare up?
