Hi to everyone i havent wrote for some time , sending hugs to all x
Iam writing because im struggling just no break from pain to feeling the lowest you could be , i just cant get out and about anymore body is so fatigued im tired of being tired x
I can feel myself going down slowly and it effects me mentally i just become so down now when flaring all the time
