Thank you Jemima. Your words are always so kind and helpful. It is 4 AM here and I have been up since 3 AM and still can't go to sleep. I am just thankful that I got some sleep. I am proud of my weight loss but it took me a while to loose it. I also have IBS so the food I eat now is limited...

Well, it has been some time since I was here to vent or just talk. It has been really rough the last few months with the pain and just no energy and lack of sleep. I had been sleeping some better but, that didn't last long. There were some mornings that I didn't know if I could get out of bed...

Thank you Jemima. I was able to get a little sleep, it was up and down most of the night but was able to wear my c-pap and that does help me to relax some. I feel that I have to go back to pain management, the doctor said if I don't let them help me there is nothing they can do. I don't know...

Has anyone experienced a sunburn like feeling up and down their spin and under shoulder blades?

That is so pretty. I use to cross stitch, loved it.... my hands are so bad now holding the small needle is hard to do and my eye sight is not the best anymore. I have lots of finished and unfinished pieces, which I will cherish. I like your little desk too.

I am having a flare up like no other....my spine area up and down my back is on fire. Yesterday it was my feet and legs which I have had before but, not this....the weather is really humid here and I think it has something to do with it so, yes I do think the weather can cause a fibro flare.

Sunkacola, you are so right. Sorry you are in so much pain today. The weather calls for rain and humidity so that causes some of the problems also. I am resting today but, still have a urge to get up and do things....I want though, need to learn my limitations. Feel better.
