I can't understand getting so upset and angry about something so trivial. Hope you change your mind @cookiebaker, you are a valued member of the community.

Please don't let yourself get frustrated by it. Simply wait for moderator approval; we're usually pretty quick about it.

the constant need for moderator approval

The issue with the phrase "google" was specifically put in by me for a very good reason. We used to get a lot of people trying to circumvent the request "not to post non-authoritative" by simply telling people in their post to "google such and such product".

the constant need for moderator approval

Yeah, things work similarly here. It's not so much registration spam that gets through, as second/third post spam. All in all, everything is a pretty smooth sailing ship here thanks to all the hard work from Xenforo, and the different anti-spam systems in place.

the constant need for moderator approval

    robot searching the user profiles

I'm on a Samsung phone and it has a pretty good feature when the phone rings it highlights the call in red with a warning that it's likely spam. Makes it easy to ignore the calls. You want to be careful these days because some of the phishing calls and scam calls can be pretty intricate...

    robot searching the user profiles

If you're referring to your email, not possible. Not unless you've published your email address somewhere. Any information submitted to your user profile that isn't specifically public is not visible or accessible by anyone, let alone any crawler bots.

    robot searching the user profiles

In defense of crawling bots like Google and SEMrush, both of which follow robot.txt exclusions and honor a website owners wishes; they can be considered "good bots" or good crawlers. Bad robots, or bad bots, don't follow the wishes of a site owner and ignore robot.txt as well as spoof their...

    Fibromyalgia or ALS?

No need to apologize for your English. It sounds like you have been through a lot and it is understandable that you are feeling frustrated. It is important that you keep track of all your symptoms and bring them up to any doctor you visit. It could be helpful to keep a detailed journal of your...
