Was ill last week due to the doctors stopping my pregabalin and Made me go cold turkey ended up with really bad palpitations now this week got a kidney infection and cannot sleep even tho I'm exhausted the joys 😴🙃😫😪

This could be a reason as I was on at least 4 sedatives for a few months until today when the doctors only just realised

I have a dairy intolerance as I know I have just also cut out sugar I haven't tried eliminating any other foods but this is worth a try thanks @sunkacola
