    The radio frequency ablation worked great. Just took 4 weeks after procedure but well worth it!!!

    Pain started up on and off lower left back. Seeing my neurosurgeon for his opinion. Very weather related ....fibro has to be a factor too.

    My pain Dr group will never prescribe opiates for pain. They're all about doing procedures to alleviate the pain.

    Had the ablation with some very painful days that followed. Told it can take up to 3 or so weeks for those nerves to calm down. Hope they do!

    I'm trying to be as positive as I can be that the RFA will help like the one I had previously on the other side. This pain Dr is leaving the practice but the senior Dr will still be at their other location. He's great too.

    How about following up with a pain management doctor? The last rheumatologist I saw told me to do just that which seems like a cop-out but she was of no help other than this referral.

    Extreme fatigue

    Aside from fibro giving me fatigue, I'd like to mention having seasonal affective disorder. As soon as the sun goes down, my fatigue becomes so bad! Or even if it's grey outside during the day! I use a bright light and take extra vit D.

    Does changing ones diet help with fibro fatigue? With constant weather changes my fatigue is hardest to live with.
