    Hi there ha sandy, it is possible to go a length of time pain free and then have a flare up. My understanding is that fibro never actually goes away just rears it's ugly head from time to time. I have had some breaks from pain, just days for me though. I have learned to really just be thankful...

    Mcozy33 I hear you on those spasms, worse than the pain sometime. They will make my whole body contort. Only things that work are hot baths/showers and cannabis.

    just put cbd in the search engine. I have my card and smoke plus use edibles when I have what I need to make butter. Helps tremendesly.

My Dr. saying I had fibro was nice because he is a smart guy and listens to his patients, but it also left me in the same boat managing pain on a daily basis. I guess my point is this your pain is real no matter what and we believe...
