    Me too Roch123, as after Covid infections, I now have Sinusitis, M.C.S., am deaf in my left ear, have Pulsatile Tinnitus & Migraines, which I've found to be linked to what I eat/drink, eg Ultra Processed food, Ready/Microwave Meals, salty or sugary food, anything with chemical additives & in my case, Tomatoes too.
    Feels like I'm on The Titanic in a minefield!

    You could try magnesium (I used it when I'd run out of paracetamol before) might be worth a go, also have a look see if anything your eating/ drinking could be causing it (cheese fruit juice and coca cola are a bit of a culprit for mine)
