Hi I've just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. After being in absolute agony for a long time and loads of tests. I'm still in so much pain. The doctors have me on ibuprofen and amitriptyline for the pain which do not work at all. 
I've tried tramadol, codydramol, naproxen. I'm at my wits end now and am not sleeping and I'm so unhappy.
