If you can get your pain under control it will probably get easier or you can try the stretch jeans with spandex...it's a lot easier. Many people only wear yoga pants but their not my thing. I know if I have a bad day I have to wear loose fitting pants or joggers. At least they are in style!

Best wishes to you on your journey with fibro. The problem is that people don't understand it and many who have fibro look just fine....you would never know they are in pain. I don't bother to tell anyone about my fibro....they forget quickly and it's only a problem for me.
