    For the outdoorsy types...

Hi, I hate to see how young you are and allready struggling with Fibro. Keep trying to do what you love it helps us stay positive and gives us something to look forward to! I love to knit and I'm trying to learn to crochet, so far I have only made coasters. My latest obsession is the grown up...

    Dr. background Check

A place to start is by googling the Dr's name and Curriculum Vitae or CV for short. It will have details on his education and where he worked and what type of licenses/ specialties. It's not all encompassing but a good start. Hope you find what you need. Sylvia

Hello Jayhawk. I just read an article about CSS and it seems to overlap symptoms with Fibro and CFS. I'm sure we could all benefit from your experience at Mayo Clinic and a lot of people here have some great coping tips. Welcome. Sylvia

    worried

I have been trying to help myself with diet to. There's some good items that have helped like Costco makes a frozen dish. It's citrus quinoa and kale. It's really tasty and just needs to be microwaved for 3 1/2 minutes. It's pretty inexpensive too.

    Phobias because of fibro

I have issues with chemicals too. Recently I got a steamer for my floor with attachments for everything else. I can even clean my countertops bathroom tiles and mattress with it. So far so good! Sylvia
