    On the day I was officially diagnosed my hubby and I had a serious motor vehicle accident...totalled both vehicles involved. Hubby and I walked away with our lives. That was a year ago. Ten months ago I developed rotator cuff tendonitis and bicep tendonitis, but didn't know that's what it was until 2 weeks ago.
    Yesterday I began to develop some back pain in my lower left side too.

    Had to shorten my post but bottom line is: I'm just in so much pain.

    Hi I too had a bad car accident last month and been having physio, it really does help. The best thing I've found is 'Voltarin Cream' rubbed into my knees, after a nice hot shower. I also have Osteopath hot needling. Yes just getting older brings up new pains but, we can manage it with help from the many allied heath and new treatments.

    My status? Just recouping from a flare. New here. Just getting sorted out with a diagnosis...but Rheumatologist believes so. So many questions where do I start?

    Thank you. Yes new member and in the process of diagnosis. Been misdiagnosed with osteoarthritis for years. So a bit confused and overwhelmed to even begin here on the forum. Will this get to the membership general?
