Hi. I take Lyrica (pregabalin) 200mg 3 times a day. It takes the nerve pain mostly away but completely. I feel hot pins and needles type pain in my under arms and part of my chest and it is really bad without the Lyrica. I take other medicines for other things too. Hope you are doing well.

Hi Dolphin500. Great name. Shopping is awful. Do your stores have the thing where you can do a pickup order or deliver order? Some here have it where you can do it online and they have it ready for you to pick up. They do have a delivery service but that can be expensive.

I have been on the spectrum since long before I got fibromyalgia. My doctor says we (those on the spectrum) can be more sensitive to pain.

Sometimes needing a more pure brand of the vitamins helps. It costs more but making sure your vitamin brands aren't filled with unnecessary stuff can help.
