Hi. I was just recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I am currently taking Garapentin and tramadol. The Tramadol was just started two days ago. Getting some relief but still deep pain in my shoulders/neck and hips and knees. I am a teacher so I need to be able to function. I would love to hear your recommendations as well as if you know for sure that these recommendations work and not just one of the other "fix it" rememdies that are costly. Thank you for posting.
