πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ“ GERD: Yogendra's early morning coriander tea & exercises.
πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ“ No full-fat cheese or chocolate, but oatmeal, yogurt.
    Aug 19th:
πŸ† No neck problems at night any more either.
πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ“ Fisetin is good for alertness, inflammation & antioxidant, maybe bad for sleep, so best try in the mornings.

    Learnt:
πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ“ Celery contains lots of the FODMAP mannitol, like mushrooms & cauliflower. Sweet potatoes have a safe amount of 75g.
πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ“ Criteria correction: Jaw sides, chest & abdomen are included in the WPI, just not in the question re. the 5 pain areas.
    Aug 17th:
    Successes:
πŸ† No aftermath from last week's cold damp monastery building flare.
πŸ† Nausea & stomach & unnec. zombified seem to be from midnight supps.
πŸ† Also good about supps running out or forgotten is that they're only a small part of lots.
    πŸ† New supp idea: huperzia.
πŸ† More neck muscle self-knowledge & interrelation with back muscles.
    Learnt:
πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ“ Lady Gaga uses Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

πŸ† It was the damp & cold in the old buildings triggered last week's flare!
πŸ† Neck stiff & flexible simultaneously pointed me to twist-massaging different muscle groups.
    Learnt:

πŸ† Whatever it was increasing my severe fatigue the first 3 days away from home: it can't've been mould.
πŸ† There's even acupressure points for itchy scalp (or vinegar, tea tree or coconut oil, aloe vera...).
πŸ† Cold shower even at 8:00 was successful for another 1.5h sleep.
    Aug 14th:
πŸ† Stopping quercetin has minimized my bladder problems, praps also stomach, halving sleep breaks!
πŸ† Acupressure (K6) has minimized gnat bite itch!
πŸ† Ear plugs, hiding eyes & sinuses in elbow and more twist-stretching minimized car trip problems!
    πŸ† Wim Hof breath-holding is improving energy/fatigue!
(πŸ† Cold showering has been improving sleep depth.)
Aug 11th: Day 3 of trip away from home. Energy still 5%-10%, nauseous as soon as I walk or move more than one minute ... fatigue 95%, limb-Ache 30-40%, rest 15-20%: stiffness, spine-pain, insomnia, fog, GI. Still not sure if mould is the main trigger here, as in MCAS. My wife has to get used to doing things alone...
I was diagnosed 20 years or so ago as having fibro. This summer which is particularly hot day after day has caused me to feel total exhaustion. I have decided to see my new rheumy tomorrow. What questions might you suggest I ask my rheumy tomorrow? I might note I am on relatively new medication for my insomnia which is Mirtazapine 7.5mg and .5 mg of Klonipin about an hour or two before bed.

What I don't understand is that it was so easy for me to get off Seroquel that I'd been on for years. My dr told me take half a Seroquel and half a Mirtazapine for one week for my insomnia and then just take the Mirtazapine. No problem whatsoever. Plus I take 0.5mg Clonazepam also.

Well, I spose meds are different. And tapering from one to another may be easier. But since others have more difficulty than you stopping Seroquel, it may mean that you usually don't have to be as careful as others, and your doc obviously thought that too. So maybe Mirtazapine alone won't take that long either....?

Had my virtual appt with my psychopharmacologist about my fatigue. He wants me to take half of the Mirtazapine that I've been taking and then see how that works out for me. I'm also curious if I'll feel less fatigue as the days get cooler. I like this doctor so much because he really listens to me.
