  • Sorry folks, I'm off, at least for a while. Been attacked, insulted, bossed, patronized by the active mod 20-30x, and tried to live with it. Many before me (that came on after me) have left for good because of this.

I now vow to report posts and respond to hurtful posts with "ouch" if I see. I know I too have had to step away from aggressive responses, minimizing my posts and feelings, and "corrected" when intention was obvious. If that isn't helpful, I will retreat to my Facebook group.

Sorry to hear about the stress @JayCS, I heard about it this morning and wondered what happened. You have been a very active and helpful member since long before I joined. It would be a shame to lose you from the group, but your health and well-being comes first. Hopefully we'll see you again and there will be less stress in future. Atb

Thanks @JayCS for all the support and advice. Your posts always made me think long and hard, and see things in a new light, and airline to have my thoughts challenged, yet always respected. You have been a great help to me, and obviously so many others. I wish you well. I hope the zlip zlap are already visiting you.

LD N since Oct 1st (starting at 0.07mg, Dec: 2mg) has improved my energy (from around 10% to >25%), stiffness, sleep and pain. T4 in Feb (previous profile post) made me lose my appetite, so had to stop, whilst LD N has been very low in side effects.

Energy up to around 30% since I went up to 2.5mg, stiffness and pain similar, sleep brilliant. Now 3mg hasn't made a difference. Triggers will bring me down to 10%, but recovery is still quicker. If no further improvement when I slowly increase to 4.5mg I may go back down to 2.5mg or so. After than creatine monohydrate, then malate, then @JamieMarc's guaifenesin...
Roughly ~1% of a 25µg T4-pill from Feb 24th on is greatly increasing my energy again, without backlash, even now this has been more effective and also sustainable than cryotherapy, acupressure, Chinese acupuncture or any supp or other treatment has ever been. Still mustn't overdo it and watch the dose. No energy bursts, but steadier stamina.... 🧐
Gone downhill the last month - seems the 3rd jab 3 months ago is now claiming it's full bounty after all.... (some of my typical jab-symptoms)
Jab #3 doesn't seem quite as bad, but I've still got a lot I want to get done health-wise, so not on here all the time at the moment.

Hmm, day #10, 11, 12, 13 have decided it's probably similar to the first 2...
Jab#3 12 hours from now. A little nervous off and on.... Been procrastinating / distracting a lot. 100% self-care re-starts after.

Jab at 12:10. First side effects after 20': dizziness, nausea, fog, weaker, heavier, white lips (my wife saw). Other alternating symptoms like small local pains, itches and sore throat I'm managing to treat and get down again quickly. Watching for differences, tackling everything that comes up with zero tolerance as long as I can instead of avoiding triggers...

My CoV-antibodies have rapidly fallen further, so I've made an appt. for my 1st booster on the 7th. Making me feel like using the time left to the full, i.e. overdoing it as if there's no tomorrow (using the cortisol that news has produced). Let's see if that is a good strategy... :ROFLMAO: at the moment I don't give a damn if it is. :devilish:💀

Going quite well so far - 2 weeks down, 1 to go, and am using what energy I have, but a bit more balanced, only 3 games of table tennis today, cos Ache shot up due to strong winds making me jump around too much.
Energy steadily uphill this week from 10% to 25% after compensating my phosphorus deficiency with cheeses & soaking pumpkin seeds & almonds 🧐 🥳

After touching the 25% back to around 15% energy. Not as easy as I hoped.

More phosphorus may have helped, at least I've had quite a few 25% days now, and been able to use it.
    Dear JCS,
I am interested in hearing from other folks who suffer with fibromyalgia and who have also suffered early symptoms of Parkinson's, Also, I noticed that you have possibly been tried on Levodopa before, is this correct? Please share with me more about each of these ponderings...early Parkinson's or Parkinson's like symptoms, Levodopa trials, and family history of Parkinson's.

Hi Faustina, thanks for asking - yep, levodopa, but because of a suspicion of restless legs, which it is also used for, to reduce dopamine and increase sleep, not Parkinson's where it also helps with dopamine. Didn't help, so excluded that. Parkinson's was I'm pretty sure also excluded before, like MS, with a spinal tap. No family history, no Parkinson symptoms - sorry, can't help with experiences there.. 😊

I have been given Sinemet in the past for restless legs syndrome and myoclonus, but I ditched that drug years ago. I try to stay as drug free as possible.

Back to protect simple lives with some shade! 😎 Turning the climate change around!
Some of us fibromites don't tolerate the cold or the sun, especially their combination. 😰.
I won't like the sun anymore. 🛑 Learning to sing I love the way work songs use images as codes. 👨‍🎤
