Yes. I am the same. I think it is hormonal. I take supplements and that helps: magnesium, L-glutamine, 30 mg of amitryptaline. I try to drink more water and take 3 mg of melatonin to hep me sleep. I am 54

I started peri-menopause pre-covid and I thought I was almost there to full menopause and then I had my first covid vaccine. I went back to square one with full 7-day periods including all the pms symptoms that you mentioned. The good thing is they do lighten up after a few months until your next booster. (Personally, I am willing to put up with boosters as I haven't caught covid (yet).)

The awful headaches could be caused by a number of things. I am guessing hormonal. I take supplements to help with the worst of it: magnesium, L-glutamine, flax oil, and a host of other things have significantly reduced migraines and body pain (and stay really hydrated!).
