    This is me as well. I do my best to give myself a good amount of 'extra' time. My favorite thing to do it yoga in the morning. It allows me to get my body and mind moving, without being too jolting.

    That balance can be so incredibly hard to find! Another aspect is that one may feel guilty for not always being able to give 100%, so when they do finally feel decent, they want to overcompensate for that, which only ends up setting them back again, possibly further back than where they started...

    Hatha (relaxation) yoga was amazing for me to start out with. From there I have been able to move onto some more cardio and strength building yoga. Has anyone ever tried aerial yoga? There is a studio in my hometown that offers it. AMAZING. Pricey, but the bands take so much more pressure away...

    Go get a job! Not as easy as it sounds.

    I absolutely understand your frustration. This is so much more than just 'being in pain' or 'being tired'. I have found that most people do not understand in the least, and probably never will. It is easy to pass judgement when it is not your own life that is difficult.

    Are you awake a lot

    Thankfully, no. By the time I go to sleep at night, I am typically thoroughly exhausted. I sleep mostly throught the night as well, with the exception of at least one restroom break.

    The heat, in general, is bothersome for me. I tend to appreciate and do much better in cool to moderate (and low humidity) climates.
