Does anyone own a water bed? Does it help to reduce pain? I've slept on them in the past and I loved them. It's just nearly impossible to find a water bed dealer in my area.

Does anyone else have really terrible knee pain around this time of the year? Mine flares up when the temperature drops in late September/early October. It is nearly unbearable and causes me to avoid exercise. What are your coping strategies for knee pain?

Does anyone out there use warm milk when feeling light headed or a little sick to the stomach? Does it really help soothe the entire body? A friend just recommended it to me because my toes are cold and I feel a little dizzy.
It seems like my toes get awfully cold. I do go barefoot on wood floors a lot. Even when I wear socks though it is still cold to my feet. I've tried slippers and they don't help. I don't have the same problem in my fingers nor my head. I would like some suggestions.
