    Low dose Naltrexone for FMS

    My understanding is that it Takes a long time to work. You must have at lest 8 hours between the Naltrexone and any opiates. I haven’t had it help me very much.

    Trigger point injections

    I have had trigger point injections but they did not help. I have also had FM for about 30 years and it has gotten worse in the last 12 years. I feel like I am in a constant flare.

    Has anyone tried LDN (low dose naltrexone)? What was your experience like?

    I understand that it takes a long time to work. I was on it but ran out. It has to come from a compounding pharmacy.
