    does anyone know anything about fybromyalgia

    I have been having intense pain in the ribs, and of course the muscle fasiculations. Aweful back pain and knee pain- could this be fybromyalgia? Do you know what they use to test for that? I had a negative emg and do not usually have heartburn or anything like that.
