reaching out

I am new here and am just reaching out because the pain has been bad. I've had fibromyalgia and CFS for 21 years and am starting to feel beaten down. Gabapentin is too weird with side effects. Can anyone suggest anything else? Thanks!

I am new to this group. Diagnosed with Fibro in April after months of tests. Right now I'm just reaching out. I'm so overwhelmed with trying to deal with this. And yet at times I'm also still not sure what "this" really is.
