Hey guys,
I've recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and basically just want to know more about it I guess and how to manage it.
I live in the NW of the UK with my husband, who has been amazing.
And I've had symptoms since I was about 12 and I'm now 28 lol...

I suggest you read my post in the general section, called "My advice for managing fibromyalgia (especially for newcomers). I posted it there to avoid having to retype it frequently for new folks. You may find some things in that post that will help and/or inform you.

Also, do as much research on it as you can but, as always, don't believe everything you read.

Hello, Kw! I am new here, too. I am sorry every time I hear someone else has been DX w/fibro. This board is a very good place to ask questions and learn from others. Please do follow sunkacola's advice!! Very helpful and informative.
