I like the extra energy vitamin B12 gives me in my energy drink, but I don't want the artificial sweetener and I have had zero luck finding an energy drink with B12 and no artificial sweeteners or sugar. Soooo, I want to take a sublingual B12 supplement, but I need some recommendations for a reputable brand that someone has used that has helped them with their fatigue.

If you can help me, please let me know. Thanks!

Hi JamieMarc - I've tried a couple of expensive ones, but the sublingual tablet that works best for me is the Vitacost house brand. I think it works so well because they are very tiny dots, so they dissolve under my tongue before I can swallow the liquid as it melts.

@JamieMarc, let me know your results. This is something I would like to try.

Thank you @Frizzybee I will try the vitacost brand as I do know them to be reputable. You say these are sublingual tablets correct? I'm curious to know if you have ever tried the drops, and if so, have you found the drops or the tablets to be more effective or the same?

@Radmun Sorry to report that I really haven't noticed any difference since taking the sublingual B12, so I plan to stop taking it. One more experiment to cross off my list. However, it might work for someone who has more fatigue and less energy than I do. I don't want to discourage anyone from trying it. It's inexpensive enough that it's worth a shot if you suffer from chronic fatigue.

I've tried vitamin B as well. It's one of the first things I tried many years ago when I first started having the symptoms of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. I did not find that they made any difference for me. But, I think if a person doesn't have a deficiency in a vitamin, taking that as a supplement won't be helpful to them, while if you do actually have a deficiency or if your body has a hard time processing it from food or if you have some other condition that means you are not getting enough of a certain vitamin, then taking a supplement will help. It's worthwhile to get tested for your vitamin levels, or if you don't want to do that then just trying something to see if it helps is a reasonable thing to do. It's not especially likely but it is possible with high doses to end up with an imbalance in your system, though, so one needs to be careful with that.

You're welcome @Radmun
Like I said, it's inexpensive enough that you still might want to give it a try, especially if you can't get your B12 level checked by a doctor. Many health conditions and lifestyle choices can result in a deficiency.
