Any natural remedies for dry eyes?

Omgosh!! It’s crazy when you respond to my threads, I swear we do things so similar at times. I set up reminders on my phone or place things so I will remember them, and then I get used to seeing them so I forget again. I will get into a routine for a bit, and then miss one day, and that routine is completely gone again requiring me to start all over. It’s bananas!

I have issues with dry eyes as well, and like you, it can affect my ability to focus and see clearly. It's ridiculously expensive, but I take DE3 Omega Benefits, and it has really helped. This one is not natural...but, I also use Refresh Celluvisc Lubricant Eye Gel Drops when I am having a particularly bad eye day.
