Did you go out of Cymbalta?

I think I have to do the same. I have used Sertralin for years and it's better for me.

I am currently using 30 mg of Cymbalta. I try to decrease it.

I did several months of Cymbalta, and was on Sertraline before that for a while. Neither of them did anything for my pain, but I had more side effects from Sertraline. I switched to Venlafaxine now (150mg) and don't have any side effects from it, but can't say it's doing too much for my pain. As for an antidepressant, all 3 did a good job of getting me back in a good place mentally but definitely go with what your body feels best with. You have to decide what side effects you are willing to endure for an effective medication.
