Hi everybody,

After a recent diagnosis of FM, concurrent with CFS and depression, I decided to come in search of the support and info from other sufferers.

I dont know what I'm looking for really... I think I'd love to hear some anecdotal evidence of what works to help with these conditions. I'd especially like info on diet changes and simple exercises. I'm already on the "usual" medication routine I've seen others mention.

I hope to get to know some other people, esp any other Aussies - and Melbournians in regards to finding good medical support

do you have a pet? my dog is my best friend. she gets me through some really hard days and taking her for walks or just throwing the ball for her to fetch sometimes helps me get minimal exercise that i wouldn't otherwise...
